Loop 303 |

The Loop 303, (Bob Stump Memorial Parkway) will serve as a regional transportation link in the West Valley and beyond. The initial portion of the Loop 303 will connect Interstate 10 (Papago Freeway) in Goodyear to Interstate 17 (Black Canyon Freeway) in Phoenix.
ADOT opened the first section, from Happy Valley Parkway to I-17, in May 2011. When completed, the Loop 303 will continue south and connect to the proposed SR 30 in Goodyear/Buckeye.

North of I-10: There are a variety of projects underway between the I-10 and I-17 to complete this section of the Regional Transportation Plan.
Current Projects:
South of I-10 : Currently, ADOT is conducting a study to look at the future alignment of Loop 303 as it connects to SR 30 and beyond.
