General Purpose Lane - Regional Transportation Plan Phase I (2006-2010)*
Construction began in summer 2008. New lanes were opened to traffic in early 2010. Final work to apply rubberized asphalt paving was completed in spring 2010.
* The construction schedule for this project was accelerated in March 2009 with funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
