- Loop 303 closed in both directions between Bell Road and US 60 (Grand Avenue) from 9 p.m. Friday, February 10 to 5 a.m. Monday, February 13 for pipe installation. DETOUR: Use Reems Road.
- Waddell Road closed in both directions between Loop 303 and Sarival Avenue through summer 2012 for bridge construction. DETOUR: Use Cactus or Greenway roads.
Sound wall update:
This phase of the Loop 303 Improvement Project includes building five sound walls next to neighborhoods along Loop 303 between Greenway Road and Mountain View Boulevard where warranted by noise studies. View the location and heights of the five sound walls being constructed adjacent to neighborhoods during the first year of this project.
The first sound wall under construction is located on the west side of Loop 303 between Greenway and Bell roads adjacent to Surprise Farms. The second sound wall slated for construction is adjacent to Bell West Ranch on the west side of Loop 303 between Bell Road and Clearview Boulevard. Remaining sound walls are scheduled to be constructed in the following order. More information will be provided as construction dates are verified:
- Between Greenway and Bell roads on the east side of Loop 303 (construction date pending)
- Between Bell Road and Clearview Boulevard on the east side of Loop 303 (construction date pending)
- Between Clearview Boulevard and Mountain View Boulevard on the west side of Loop 303 (construction date pending).
- Additional sound wall: A sixth sound wall is scheduled for construction in conjunction with this phase of the Loop 303 Improvement Project. Preliminary plans call for the wall to be situated on the east side of Loop 303 approximately 1,200 feet south of Cactus Road to Peoria Avenue. Specific design information and construction dates pending. Details will be provided when finalized

Loop 303/Interstate 10 Interchange

- Loop 303 narrowed to one lane in both directions between McDowell and Indian School through March for truck haul. Expect delays for merging traffic.
- Southbound Loop 303 has stop-and-go traffic between Bethany Home and Thomas roads from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through March for truck haul. Flaggers are on site directing traffic.
McDowell Road narrowed in both directions between Clubhouse Drive and Cotton Lane/Loop 303 through Friday, February 17 for sewer-line work associated with the Loop 303/I-10 Interchange construction. East- and westbound traffic on McDowell Road will share the roadway south of the median between Clubhouse Drive and Cotton Lane/Loop 303. No left turns from McDowell Road eastbound onto Clubhouse Drive. Pebble Creek Access: Use McDowell Road eastbound to Sarival Avenue northbound. See map for details.
McDowell Road closed continuously in both directions between Citrus Road and Loop 303 through Tuesday, February 7 for roadway improvements. DETOUR: Use I-10 or Van Buren Street.
ONGOING RESTRICTIONS
Cotton Lane closed in both directions between Indian School and Thomas roads through Saturday (June 23). DETOUR: Use Loop 303.
Thomas Road closed in both directions between Cotton Lane and Loop 303 through Saturday (June 23). DETOUR: Use Indian School Road.
