Funding for the planning, management, and improvements to scenic roads are available from two primary governmental sources:
Federal Funding Resources
This includes the National Scenic Byways grants eligible projects along highways designated as National Scenic Byways, All-American Roads, or as State-designated scenic roads.
ADOT Transportation Enhancement
The Transportation Enhancement program allows for funding
for projects along highways designated as National Scenic
Byways, All-American Roads, or as State-designated scenic
roads. The Web site contains instructions on applying for
future Transportation Enhancement funding.
